Every Salesforce engagement includes our Built Right Guarantee.

For 12 months following your official Go-Live date, we guarantee the functionality of everything delivered within the agreed Scope of Work.

If something we built does not function as agreed, we fix it.
At no additional cost.

What Is Covered

A “Defect” is defined as an error in the original configuration logic delivered by SaaS Success.

This includes:

Automation Errors

Flows or Workflow Rules are failing to trigger or routing incorrectly based on the agreed logic.

Permission Issues

Users are unable to access records or fields they were scoped to see.

Validation Failures

Validation rules are triggering incorrectly or preventing valid data entry.

Reporting Errors

Reports or Dashboards displaying incorrect results due to configuration logic (not data quality).

If it’s our logic, we own it.

What Is Not Covered

To ensure clarity and fairness, the guarantee does not apply to issues caused by:

Client Modifications

Changes made to fields, flows, profiles, layouts, or automation by administrators other than SaaS Success.

Data Integrity Issues

Errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or “dirty” data entered or imported after project handover.

Platform-Level Changes

Mandatory Salesforce releases that deprecate functionality used in the original build.

Third-Party Applications

Integrations or apps installed after our handover.

In these cases, we will always advise clearly and propose next steps.
